PRODUCING

CLIENT: Saga Insurance
CAMPAIGN NAME:  Experience is Everything 'Cruise' and 'Rivers'.
CAMPAIGN TYPE: TVC, Radio
AUDIENCE: Over 50s, UK Based Consumers
ROLE: Producer

TASKS: The client requested that their original 'Experience Is Everything' TVC and Radio campaigns be updated with new CTAs to align with their Spring/Summer sales comms. My tasks included drafting a budget for the alt line changes, negotiating usage fees with the talent, liaising with the account managers to update them on the progress and timing plan, and attending sound and edit sessions to oversee the amends.

CHALLENGES: Negotiating usage fees as the talent wanted additional compensation for extending the original usage contract. But I managed to strike a fair deal with the talent's agent, that enabled us to rerun the campaigns inclusive of any future amends, and also get the campaign approved for social media promotion all within budget.

CLIENT: TFL
CAMPAIGN NAME: Elizabeth Line/ Bringing More Of London Together
CAMPAIGN TYPE: TVC, OOH
AUDIENCE: All ages, London/ Greater London and Surrounding Areas
ROLE: Producer

TASKS: The client requested that for the new Elizabeth Line launch campaign, two separate versions of the TVC ad be produced with different CTA end lines for the Central London and Greater London/Surrounding Areas. My tasks included drafting a budget for the alt end lines and regional versions , liaising with the account managers to update them on the progress and timing plan, and attending sound and edit sessions to oversee the amends.

CHALLENGES: The client wanted the deliverables produced with a quick turnaround, as the campaign had to be ready to air in a timely manner in line with the Elizabeth Line's opening. To ensure we kept to schedule, I kept regular communication with the account managers detailing the progress of the amends and ensured that we didn't do too many amend sessions after the final edit had been graded and mixed, except to update the final film with any high priority client notes after they'd reviewed the new version.
